Guiding Children in Taking Care of Books

The beginning of the school year brings challenges in helping children appreciate and learn how to use books. We have to remember that some children have limited exposure to books and toys which makes it even more important to help guide them in learning more about what we have given them in the class to enjoy.

The website below provide great examples of how to create your own classroom books while offering a lesson through the teacher created books on how to care for them.

This website provides inexpensive powerpoint printable preschool children's books!
